Our Process

We protect your driveway using the same procedure as for high traffic streets and commercial property!

Power Clean
Cleaning the asphalt is the first and most important step prior to sealing your driveway. We use Hi-output Power Blowers and Industrial Rotating Power Brooms to clean the surface of the driveway and torch all cracks by removing any dirt and debris. We may ask you to power wash your driveway, if it has years of imbedded dirt build-up in the asphalt.

Heat-Treat Oil Spots
Torch and prime with SealMaster primer, which provides greater adhesion for the sealcoat to oil and gas spots.

Power-Edge
When necessary we cut overgrown grass along blacktop. This allows the sealer to be applied to the edges of the driveway, preventing weed infiltration, and providing for a manicured finish.

Hot Crack Filler
Hot rubberized crack filler-equivalent process used on high traffic streets and commercial parking lots for cracks 1/4 inch - 1/2 inch wide. Remains flexible, allowing the material to expand and contract. Due to freeze/thaw cycles and/or gravity, cracks may re-open. This is not a permanent solution, but a time buying procedure that cannot be guaranteed. Hot crack filler is a yearly maintenance and we recommend an annual inspection and touch-up as required.

Sealcoating
We apply SealMaster Industrial Grade Sealer that is precisely mixed in specially designed agitator tanks (ensures your driveway will receive a consistent and durable sealer). Our one-of-a-kind, skid-resistant formula and application techniques penetrate the sealer into the pores of the asphalt.

Barricade Access
We barricade your driveway with banner tape for 24-48 hours. (Please dispose after proper drying time.)

*we do not seal driveways that are severely damaged or deteriorated, as sealcoating will not correct those problems. We will not waste your money on a driveway that the finished result will not be up to our professional standards.
